The lighting for Dreams was pure Bougeuereau, an experiment for me, she is backlit, with her front delicately bathed in indirect light. A theme guiding this piece was roundness and the padded background and the curvaceous model worked really well together. I also want to give a hint that she knows she is being observed by an admirer off to the side.
