This is the dinning room of my good friends Bonnie and Robin Priest, with a classic view of the homes in Notting Hill Gate. They are voracious readers and I always have the pleasure of reading varied authors when I have stayed with them. This year will prove to be the year of my triangulation theory of light and dark. Its a new way for me to organize my visual information--the results are paradoxical in extreme contrast of light and dark and extremely nuanced mid-tones.
