Painting plein air landscapes is like being
with a friend pointing out beautiful things,
especially how the light falls and the
nuances of colors. It's a simple moment, not
a big deal, yet those moments are some of
the most beautiful times we have in life.
Most of these plein air paintings are
started and completed on location. Some are
finished off with a few touches in the
studio, and a few are completely
reconstructed.
