On the our way to San Miguel we stopped to paint this area off road. I loved the languid flow of the sloping hills and how they seemed to pour into the valley behind the small lake in front. I enjoyed giving colored nuance to each of the slopes layered back through space, and how the white of the clouds pop the billowing forms.
