Progress on the Space Series 17th painting, Madonna and Child, 64×48”, oil on linen. Blocked out the background first stage of painting. Yikes, there are about 300 stars to paint, each one about 5 to 30 different marks (brushstrokes) of nuanced colored paint. My color theory gets me close in range of hues for each one…otherwise it would be a year or two of trial by error … please work I pray to the universe… :) ha, but it doesn’t matter I will have fun doing them.
